Half day workshops are only available to Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included.
Day Only Registration Rate
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including satchel and handbook. Does not include conference functions or workshops
Additional Exhibitor Pass
Additional Exhibitor Pass will include entry to the exhibition area, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day. Does not include conference materials including satchel and handbook or entry to conference sessions.

Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration is available for registrations received and paid before COB Monday 24th June 2013. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Concession Registration Rate is available for Carers, Consumers, Students and Non-working delegates only
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after 22nd July 2013 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash onsite
Refunds and Cancellations
The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Monday 24th June 2013. Registration cancellation received between Tuesday 25th June 2013 and Monday 8th July 2013 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after Tuesday 9th July 2013. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
