Full registration will include all conference sessions and keynotes, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, conference materials including satchel and handbook, welcome function.
Day Only Registration Rate
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including satchel and handbook. Does not include conference functions or workshops. Tickets can be purchased from the registration form.
Workshops - Wednesday 27th August
Half day workshops are FREE to the first 100 Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included.
Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration is available for registrations received and paid before COB Monday 14th July 2014. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Concession Registration Rate is available for Carers, Consumers, Students and Non-working delegates only.
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. Payment for Early Bird registrations must be received by 14th July 2014.
The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.
All registrations received after 11th August 2014 must be paid in full by credit card only.
Refunds and Cancellations
The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 11th July 2014. Registration cancellation received between 12th July 2014 and 28th July 2014 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 29th July 2014. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the conference secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.
