Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including satchel, handbook. Post conference delegates will receive access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts. Does not include conference functions or workshops. Tickets can be purchased from the registration form.

Half day workshops are FREE to the first 100 Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included.
Once the 100 free workshop registrations have been allocated full delegates will be able to book at the discounted rate of $90.
Early Bird Registration
Early Bird Registration is available for registrations received and paid before COB Friday 3 July 2015. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Concession Registration Rate is available for Carers, Consumers, Students and Non-working delegates only.
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. Payment for Early Bird registrations must be received by 3 July 2015.
The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.
All registrations received after 29 July 2015 must be paid in full by credit card only.
Refunds and Cancellations
The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 30 June 2015. Registration cancellation received between 1 July 2015 and 14 July 2015 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 15 July 2015. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the conference secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.
Disclaimer - The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
