Registration Inclusions

Full Registration

 

  • Attendance to all symposium sessions and keynote presentations (14th & 15th October 2013)
  • Half day workshops held on 16th October 2013 - (Limited workshop places available. Book early to avoid disappointment, there are seven workshops to choose from.)
  • Meals for the duration of the Symposium including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Symposium materials including satchel and handbook with abstracts
  • Softcopy of the book of proceedings (available four weeks after the conference)
  • Ticket to the Welcome Reception including drinks and canapés

 

Day Registration - Monday 14th or Tuesday 15th October 2013

 

  • Attendance to symposium session and keynote presentations of your nominated date
  • Meals for your nominated day including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Symposium materials including satchel and handbook with abstracts
  • Softcopy of the book of proceedings (available four weeks after the conference)


Day registration does not include attendance to the workshop (16th October) or the Welcome Reception. Tickets to the Welcome Reception can be purchased from the registration page for $60.

 

Optional Workshops: included complimentary as part of full registration only. Bookings essential

 

Workshops – Half day workshops are being held on Wednesday16th October 2013 and are only available to Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included. Book early to avoid disappointment as workshop places are limited.

Please note that it is essential for all participants including speakers, delegates and exhibitors to register.

Early Bird Registration
Discount is available for registrations received prior to Friday 30th August 2013. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Concession
Concession registration is available for full time students, carers and unwaged persons. If applicable please email a copy of your current student ID or Centrelink carer evidence to AST Management.

Payments
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice payable within 30 days (or prior to the conference) will be issued. All symposium and function payments must be paid in full prior to the symposium.

 

All registrations received after 27th September 2013 must be paid in full by credit card only.
If payment is not received prior to the symposium, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card only on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
The Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. Alternatively, a full refund less a $100 service fee will be issued for cancellations received before 13th September 2013. All refunds and credit notes will be issued after 16th October, 2013.

 

We are unable to issue a refund after this date however cancellation credits towards the 2014 symposium (less a $150 service fee) can be issued for cancellations advised prior to Monday 30th September 2013.

 

Non payment does not constitute cancellation.

 

Insurance
It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.

Disclaimer
The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
