David is a Clinical Psychologist and allied health services leader with over 15 years of diverse experience spanning clinical care, management, and strategic advisory roles across government, community, and emergency response sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Mental Health Services at NSW State Emergency Service, David leads the agency’s psychological health strategy and systemic wellbeing initiatives for thousands of members. David has held multiple leadership roles across the headspace network and Grand Pacific Health, where he implemented new models of care with demonstrable outcomes in youth mental health, vocational recovery, and early intervention. David has conducted numerous medico-legal assessments for the Children's Court. He sits on several regional and national boards and committees, contributing to mental health system reform, workforce capability, and community development. David is studying his Masters of Business Administration, is an AHPRA-approved psychology supervisor, and a Certified Community Director.
