Dr Michael Player
Michael is a registered clinical psychologist, author, and an experienced mental health researcher. He provides a range of programs, including Unwind to individuals and organisations to improve mental health and wellbeing, leading to improved productivity, performance and engagement.
Michael is also a researcher at the University of Sydney’s, Brain and Mind Centre, conducting groundbreaking research on the relationship between circadian heart rate patterns and stress and mental health disorders. Michael was previously at the Black Dog Institute researching stress, depression, suicide and adaptive coping.
Michael has just released the book, StressLess with illustrator Matthew Johnstone based on the latest medical science, providing evidence-based techniques to manage symptoms of stress.
