Russell Roberts is Professor of Mental Health Leadership at Charles Sturt University. He is National Director of Equally Well Australia, Chair, Global Leadership Exchange physical health/mental health group, and on the board of the ANZ Mental Health Association. He has published over 120 research papers and reports resulting in 6,000+ citations of his work. Russell previously served for 12 years as Executive Director of 1,100 staff in rural NSW delivering comprehensive mental health and drug and alcohol services across the spectrum of care. He has over two decades experience in developing, implementing, and consolidating new and innovative health services across a range of complex service environments. He has a unique career profile as a clinician, researcher, executive director and mental health advocate.
