Join us for a one-hour walk led by The Man Walk, a charity creating safe and simple spaces for people to connect through walking and talking in more than 87 locations across Australia, New Zealand and internationally. While The Man Walk began as a men’s wellbeing initiative, this special conference walk is open to ALL delegates at RMHC25! It’s a relaxed, inclusive way to begin your morning with movement, conversation and connection. Whether you’re passionate about mental health or simply keen for a stroll in great company, come walk with us and see how small steps can lead to meaningful change.
