Payment Conditions
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date (or by the Early Bird close date – whichever comes first) or 10 business days before the Symposium start date (which will depend on date on invoice), whichever comes first.

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent. All registrations received after Friday 28 September 2018 must be paid in full by credit card only.

If payment is not received prior to the Symposium, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card only.

Credit Card Payment Fees

Please be advised that fees apply for payments made via credit card (MasterCard 1.19%, Visa 1.22%, AMEX 1.91%)⁠.

Cancellation and Amendments
The Symposium Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. All cancellation and refund must be received in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.

A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before Monday 3 September 2018. Registration cancellation received between 4 September 2018 and 14 September 2018 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after the 15 September 2018. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation
For all accommodation cancellations received 30 – 15 days prior to the arrival date, a charge equal to 1 nights’ accommodation will apply. Any cancellations received 14 days prior to the arrival date, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Networking Function
Tickets to the Networking Function are included in full registrations only. Tickets includes drinks and canapes. You must RSVP if you would like to attend which can be done on the registration page. Tickets can be purchased from the registration form for day delegates and partners.

Early Bird Registration
A discount is available for registrations received and paid before 5pm Monday 3 September 2018. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Student Registration
Student registration is available for full time students with presentation of a valid ID. A discount will be applied to the full standard registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Travel Insurance
It is strongly recommended that delegates have travel insurance to cover medical and travel expenses.  The Symposium does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.

The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the Symposium where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure.
