Louise Kelly
Deputy CEO | Head of National Services & Development, OARS Community Transitions
Louise Kelly is the Deputy CEO & Head of National Services and Development at OARS Community Transitions, having worked, across all divisions and services, in a wide variety of roles prior. Through both study and experience, Louise has extensive knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system, offending and victimisation, DFV, reintegration and rehabilitation of offenders, impact on families and those they have caused harm to.
Louise has qualifications in Justice & Society, Criminology & Criminal Justice, Mediation, and an MBA. She was awarded a 2016 Churchill Fellowship to research initiatives for reducing recidivism, through supported reintegration and rehabilitation. Louise is member of the Embolden SA Board, SA’s peak body for domestic, family, and sexual violence, and the Secretary of the SA Churchill Fellows Association.
