Kate Dobson is a Lived/Living Experience (LLE) Peer Worker within the Department of Addiction Medicine (DoAM) at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM).

Kate supports clients in the hospital wards, outpatient clinics, DePaul House SVHM’s 12-bed withdrawal unit, and the Hamilton Centre Partner Provider Initiative (a service stream offered through DoAM).

Kate is extremely passionate about harm reduction, reducing stigma and using her life experience to support clients around their substance use goals.
