As the Founding CEO of The Banyans Healthcare, focusing on addiction and mental health treatment, she lead the business from start up to scale up, drawing clients from all over the world. She is the 2023 Westpac Businesswoman of the Year in the Moreton Bay Business and Innovation Awards and was a 2019 and 2020 Queensland Finalist Telstra Business Woman of the Year.

As the Chief Commercial Officer for Sana Health Group, Ruth works to grow and develop all the treatment services across the network of care which includes Palladium Private, Byron Private, The Banyans Healthcare and South Pacific Private.
