Prof Philip Morris, President, Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association opened the 14th International Mental Health Conference at the Outrigger, Surfers Paradise in August 2013. The conference focused on the complex mental health issues of Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and Dementia.
