The Clinical Nurse Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team in the Intensive Mental Health Services which includes a 23 bed acute inpatient facility and the Intensive Day Programme. This role requires proven and effective leadership skills. You'll be able to build and sustain a high performing team through communication, support, personal and professional development and have demonstrated this in your current or previous positions.
We work with a diverse population with a variety of mental health needs and we are a service that is continuously developing. If you are passionate about mental health, open to new challenges and willing to try new initiatives to improve a person's journey through our service, then we want you to join our intensive team in Hawke's Bay.
A level of physical fitness and resilience is required for this position as well as the someone who shares our values of He kauanuanu - Respect, Ākina - Improvement, Rāranga te tira - Partnership and Tauwhiro - Care.
