‘The 2014 Report by the National Mental Health Commission recommended increasing access to digital mental health services (DMHS). Such services have been shown to reduce barriers for people who won't or can't access traditional services. This talk describes outcomes of the MindSpot Clinic, an Australian national DMHS which has now provided services to more than 50,000 adults with anxiety and depression.’
