Louis is the Executive Manager of the Be You mental health initiative for Early Childhood Australia, overseeing delivery of implementation support and professional learning to nearly 7,000 participating early learning services across Australia. Prior to joining Be You, he was founding Senior Director of Early Childhood at Manny Cantor Center, a socio-economically integrated early childhood program in New York City whose pioneering model blends private, local, state and federal funding to comprehensively serve all children.
