Wellness Activities

We know you pour your hearts and souls into supporting others, but let's take a moment to focus on YOU. As you gear up for the transformative experience of the International Mental Health Conference, we want to remind you of the oxygen mask principle: take care of yourself first so you can best serve others.

That's why we've thoughtfully crafted a lineup of invigorating wellbeing activities designed just for you. Think of it as a loving reminder to prioritise your own mental fitness, recharge your batteries, and rediscover the joy that fuels your vital work.

Your wellbeing matters. Immensely. Let's celebrate it together.

Wellness Zone

Join us in the Wellness Zone - a quiet place to catch your breath and a chance to prioritise your own mental wellbeing. Featuring comfy chairs, water and fresh fruit to snack on, plus some arts and craft surprises. We hope you take a few minutes out of your day to enjoy this space and reflect on your conference experience.

Wellness Wall

A smile is infectious, and so are positive thoughts! We’d love you to share a note about a moment of the conference you have enjoyed, something you are grateful for, or something you are working towards on our Wellness Wall.
