Dr Tegan Podubinski is senior research fellow in the Department of Rural Health, The University of Melbourne (Wangaratta) and a clinical psychologist. Her research focuses on two key areas: (1) preparing health professionals for, attracting them to, and supporting them in, rural practice, and (2) enhancing the wellbeing of rural communities through evidence-informed, co-designed initiatives. She continues to work clinically but is most passionate about supervising and mentoring the next generation of psychologists, supporting their development as skilled, reflective practitioners who can competently work in rural contexts.
