Kelly Barnes
Kelly is an experienced agricultural professional with a passion for improving wellbeing in rural communities. She draws on lifelong experience living and working in agriculture-dependent communities in the UK, New Zealand and Australia, having worked on farms and in agribusiness roles and now in research and service delivery at the National Centre for Farmer Health.
Kelly’s broad experience and education enables her to connect with farming communities on many levels and communicate to both academic and farming audiences. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her beloved kelpies and actively participating in the Agrifutures Rural Womens Award Alumni Network as the Victorian state chair.
