Warren Davies, known as The Unbreakable Farmer, is a rural mental health and community wellbeing speaker and disaster recovery practitioner whose work is grounded in lived experience. A former dairy farmer, Warren experienced drought, flood, financial pressure, family breakdown and the loss of his farming identity, eventually reaching a point of personal crisis. Today, he works nationally with rural, regional and remote communities, workplaces, health services and community organisations, helping people move beyond awareness towards practical action. His work focuses on building capacity before crisis through better communication, stronger connection, early help seeking and creating communities where people feel seen, heard and supported.
