Wellness Activities

We have crafted a variety of wellness activities to help you unwind throughout the conference. All activities are complimentary, however some require prior a booking to secure your spot.

The Intuitive Mandala Experience

Wednesday 27 May | 10:30 - 4:00pm

Step out of the noise and into stillness. This gentle, guided intuitive mandala drawing session invites you to slow down, tune inward, and relax. Using simple shapes, participants will explore intuition and creativity in a calm,
supportive space—no art experience needed. A restorative practice for grounding, reflection, and creative flow.

Unwind & Restore: Guided Yoga Class

Thursday 28 May |7:00am - 7:45am

Stretch and unwind during a 45-minute guided yoga session. Whether you're a seasoned yoga enthusiast or a beginner, all conference attendees are welcome to join. Mats and water will be provided to ensure your comfort. Bookings for registrants will open soon, keep an eye out to secure your spot.
