Wellness Activities
You spend your days holding space for others, offering empathy, strength, and steady support. This is your moment to pause and receive some of that care in return. As you prepare for the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Conference, we encourage you to remember the oxygen mask principle: when you nurture yourself first, you’re better equipped to care for those around you.
That’s why we’ve created a thoughtfully curated program of wellbeing activities to support and restore you. These moments are designed to help you reset, refuel, and reconnect with what sustains you – both personally and professionally.
Your wellbeing truly matters. And at this conference, we’re making space to honour it – together.
