If not properly treated, those on the front line of disasters, emergencies, health, security, and defence are left highly susceptible to mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
In 2023, our theme Collaboratively Scripting the Wellbeing Story of Frontline Workers: Frontline Wellbeing Strategies From Recruitment to Post-Service will be highlighting the importance of sharing various personal experiences, plans, tools, and techniques to support frontline personnel and their support networks during each stage of their career.
