We know that in the demanding world of mental healthcare, it's far too easy to feel isolated in your challenges and triumphs. That's why we've crafted a vibrant social calendar designed to help you forge meaningful bonds, expand your support network, and rediscover the joy of camaraderie.
Think of it as a chance to recharge your social batteries, remind yourself that you're part of a larger community, and perhaps even forge lifelong friendships and collaborations!
Welcome Event
Great news – we’re opening registrations early! You are welcome to come and join us to collect your name badge and conference materials, plus have dinner and a drink with new and old friends. This will save you time and give you the chance to meet and greet colleagues before the conference starts on Monday.
You’ll be able to enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and a delicious Build Your Own Burger Bar featuring local produce.

- Just baked breads, rolls and burger buns
- Beef burger patties with caramelised onion
- Marinated chicken thigh fillet
- Toppings including grated cheese, sliced tomato, crisp lettuce, beetroot
- New potato salad with egg, water cress and crisp bacon
- Korean slaw with sprouts, shoots, pickles and sweet soy dressing (v, ld)

Networking Event
You’re invited to join us at our conference networking event, amongst the exhibitors at the conference venue. Join us for an evening of great conversations, live music, local cuisine, drinks, and entertainment. This is the perfect opportunity to catch up with friends, industry peers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
Location: Ballroom Foyer, RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast
Date: Monday 3 March 2025 (day one of the conference)
Time: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Cost: Included in 2-day conference registration. Additional tickets for day registrants and accompanying persons can be purchased for $88.00 (incl GST) per ticket.
