Caroline Perry is a Ngāti Porou and Ngā Puhi woman from Aotearoa (NZ) with over 12 years of experience supporting young people. Currently anIntensive Education Case Manager in Queensland, she has extensive expertise in the Youth Justice and education sectors. Passionate about strengthening relationships and improving social outcomes, she strongly believes that cultural identity and connection are vital to the wellbeing and success of First Nation communities. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, she brings a unique, lived perspective to her work. Caroline is committed to ensuring all young people have the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
