Optional Pre-Conference Activity

As part of IWC26’s commitment to Indigenous wellbeing, connection and holistic healing, delegates and their guests are invited to take part in a range of immersive cultural activities prior to the official conference opening.

Think guided tours and basket weaving workshops to bush tucker experiences and other hands-on cultural activities, these experiences are designed to encourage connection, reflection, creativity and cultural appreciation. Led by local Indigenous artists, knowledge holders and community members, each activity will offer a meaningful opportunity to engage with culture, Country and community in a respectful and welcoming environment.

Details on the cultural activities will be made available to delegates in early July.
