Wellness Activities
The IWC25 wellness program has been designed to honour and celebrate the rich cultural strengths of First Nations Australians, Māori and Pasifika peoples, while providing opportunities to restore balance, connection and energy throughout the conference.
Join us for activities that nurture both body and spirit, including a Group Run around Brisbane CBD with the founder of TriMob and IWC25 Conference Chair, Nat Heath, an Integrative Sound Therapy Session with Mago Menla, and a Pasifika Movement Workshop celebrating rhythm, flow and community. These shared experiences offer a chance to reconnect with self, culture and one another in a supportive and uplifting space.
All wellness activities are free to join for registered attendees, however bookings are essential.

Integrative Sound Therapy Session with Mago Menla
Experience the ancient healing power of sound through Integrative Sound Therapy, a practice combining breathwork, meditation, energy healing and the resonance of instruments like the didjeridu. This deeply restorative session supports relaxation, release of tension, and reconnection with inner balance and purpose.
Mago Menla (Marco Debie) is a virtuoso didjeridu player & multi-instrumental Sound Healer, born in the Netherlands. The didjeridu and the connection with his first Indigenous mentors, literally saved his life and turned him away from a very dark and destructive world. The Sound Therapy modality he offers, flows from a 27-year deep healing journey with didjeridu, breath, meditation & sound healing, learning with his Indigenous mentors and Tibetan teachers. He has blessings and support from his mentors and teachers for all the work he offers as he continues to receive their guidance.
