Take to the stage at the Workplace Mental Health Symposium in 2023

Our 2023 theme: Championing change – new and emerging approaches in Workplace Mental Health explores the different strategies from workplaces around Australia and overseas which are creating lasting and positive effects for workers, organisations and practitioners.

The conference committee is looking for presenters who are ready to passionately share:

  • Research findings, data and information which could inspire changes in service delivery and help create a sustainable future for workplaces.
  • Real-world insights that inspire innovations from workplaces across Australia, New Zealand and the world.
  • Successful mental health and wellness workplace projects and programs that deliver long term success journeys.
  • Ideas from far and wide which provide solutions focused approaches to workplace mental health.
  • Culturally responsive solutions of how workplace mental health presents for Indigenous, First Nations people and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities from around the world.
  • Case studies showing application of data into practise.

Presenters are encouraged to share their powerful experiences that address the conference topics with originality and flare. Co-presenters are welcome to apply.

The conference committee would like to highlight that all international presenter applications are encouraged – don’t let distance get in the way – if you’re based outside of Australia and New Zealand (and you’d like to journey down under for the conference) please fill in all the relevant information and know that we will be in touch ASAP.

  • Psychosocial Risk factors & Work Design: Workplace design and management of work, organisational changes, justice, psychosocial safety climate, loneliness, normalisation of flexible work, gender equality, overcoming stigma.

Presentation Styles

Oral Presentation

Take the stage and present to the audience in a 15 or 25 minute speaking session with 5 minutes for questions.

Masterclass Presentation

Keep the attention of attendees via engaging, hands-on learning experience in a 90 minute masterclass.

Panel Presentation

Panel presentations bring together views from a group of presenters into a discussion of innovative ideas, current topics, and relevant issues. Each panel session will run for 60 minutes and will consist of at least 3 panel members.

Poster Presentation

Visually showcase your research or services via a printed poster, displayed in the conference exhibition area for the duration of the conference. A dedicated 10 minute poster session is included in the conference program.
