Kristy Berryman (she/her) brings over 20 years of experience in the community services sector, with extensive expertise in Specialist Children’s Services and Family Violence programs across the Barwon region. As Manager of Family Violence Services at Meli, she leads a suite of perpetrator and victim survivor programs and is a core member and manager of the RAMP. Kristy contributes strong foundations in perpetrator engagement, service design, and program development, informed by 12 years’ direct family violence experience. With qualifications in social welfare and infant–parent mental health, she is committed to amplifying lived experience and maintaining a strong children’s lens in all practice.
