We are an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Our clinical network of over 1,800 social workers, counsellors, nutritionists, financial coaches, and psychologists deliver expert support. We help employees get back to their best, reduce absenteeism, and increase overall productivity.
Some of the significant issues we see front-line workers face are burnout, personal challenges, work-life balance, cost-of-living pressures, and many more. Our mission is to confidentially support workers, make them feel safe and heard, and provide industry-leading services that aim to reduce the psychological impact of everyday life.

Our Long & Eventful History
Where did our journey begin? We’ve been operating since the 1960s and were one of the first EAP service providers in Australia. Over time, we’ve expanded. In 2013, we joined forces with ResolutionsRTK, opening significant breadth and depth to our service offering.
In 2016, we acquired SafeSelect, which allowed us to deliver critical services. In 2022, we acquired HeadUp Labs, increasing our digital footprint and bringing the revolutionary Converge App to market.
But our growth has not stopped there. We have embedded many key digital tools to accompany and complement our face-to-face support services. These tools include chat and virtual counselling, online booking for ease and accessibility, social media channels, and our aforementioned app, which consists of a plethora of ways to access support.
How we support 2.6 million+ employees across Australia and New Zealand
Now you know us, it’s time to outline our mission: Care Anytime Anywhere. We believe in going beyond good intentions and achieving good outcomes. So, we’ve made our support streams immediate and accessible. We believe there will always be a place for traditional delivery methods of support. Yet, by enhancing our digital footprint, we’re strategically meeting the needs of all Aussies by providing care wherever they are and whenever they need us.
We understand real issues. Through insights, data, and technology, we can expertly assess the situation and offer vital support to help employees get back to their best. We have designed a range of high-quality programs tailored to our client's needs, making a significant impact without high costs. We also believe in creating support programs that truly provide the care and support your employees deserve. As such, we prioritise mental health and wellbeing to ensure it is an integral part of how people work every day.
